6. Order Process and Delivery
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete billing, shipping, and contact details when placing an order through RyoShampoo.com.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch if errors or unauthorized use is suspected. If your method of payment is declined, your order may be cancelled unless we can reach you to obtain updated payment details.
Once an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please check this email carefully and contact us immediately if any information appears incorrect.
Delivery timeframes listed on the website are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders according to these timeframes but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Products may ship separately if ordered together. You will be charged shipping fees on each shipment. We will send a shipping confirmation email once an order ships containing tracking information.
Risk and title of products pass to you on transfer to the carrier. Therefore, you are responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit. Please inspect packages upon delivery and note any damages or shortages on the carrier’s delivery record before acceptance.
International shipping is provided through a third-party partner. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges are not included in our shipping costs. The recipient is responsible for paying any of these incurred charges.

All prices on the Services are listed and payable in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices exclude shipping costs and taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable.

9. Return Policy & Product Warranties
If you are not fully satisfied with a Ryo Shampoo product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date provided you adhere to our return policy guidelines.
All products come with a 60-day limited warranty against material manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If you discover such defects within that timeframe, contact us to make a warranty claim.

Ryo Shampoo will not have any liability based on authorized or unauthorized suspension or termination of your account or access to the Services.

RYO SHAMPOO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
RYO SHAMPOO makes no warranties:
- That the Services or any functions contained therein will meet your requirements or be constantly available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
- Regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any content obtained through the Services.
You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device or loss of data resulting from your access or use of the Services.
13. Limitation of Liability
RYO SHAMPOO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DATA USE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT RYO SHAMPOO HAS BEEN ADVISED ON THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF RYO SHAMPOO ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF TEN ($10) DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID RYO SHAMPOO IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION/EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY. THEREFORE, SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ryo Shampoo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms. Ryo Shampoo reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any indemnified matter. You agree not to settle any matter without Ryo Shampoo’s prior written consent.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your access to or use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the Northern District of California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be severed with the remaining provisions staying in effect and enforceable. No delay or failure to take action under these Terms will constitute a waiver unless expressly waived in writing. A printed version of these Terms shall be admissible in judicial proceedings.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ryo Shampoo relating to their subject matter and supersede any prior representations or agreements.
